Focused on material innovation, this demonstrator will explore how circular and sustainable materials can be integrated into furniture manufacturing. By testing renewable and recycled material solutions, it will highlight new opportunities to improve resource efficiency and enable closed-loop production in the sector.
Circular Business Models
Innovative service-based models will be introduced to extend the lifetime of furniture products. Through reuse, refurbishment and resale initiatives, the demonstrator will show how Furniture as a Service can generate environmental, social and economic value while supporting a more circular furniture ecosystem.
